We are currently looking for a 2nd ( Safety) MATE able to join a Container vessel (2005 year built ; flag Panama ; GT 65483 / DWT 72037; 5600TEUs; ME MAN-B&W (Group: MAN-B&W), Engine Builder: Hyundai Heavy Industries Co Ltd - South Korea 1 x 10K98MC-C, 2 Stroke, 57075 kW / 77599 hp) on the 15th of May at Antwerp. Trading area of the vessel : Europe – Africa.


Conditions of employment: 6 months contract; the proposed monthly wages USD3900 for the first contract ; will be increased upto 4000 – 4100USD from the second one; thereafter additional bonus system is applicable for permanent employees .


From prospective candidates we expect:

- rank and large tonnage vessel experience.

- Schengen visa

- English knowledge – Intermediate level


Candidates with strong experience on Container vessels as 3rd Mates can be considered as well.
