!! Shore-based positions in GERMANY , 6 weeks ON/2 weeks OFF, Permanent contract !!

We offer:

-Salary 2000-2200 Euro Neto

-All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.

-The contract is permanent and the offered salary will depend on your current experience.

-Income tax will be paid in Germany, and you will get pension savings, social guarantees and health insurance across Europe.

-Rotation is 6 weeks on/2 weeks off, but could be discussed. You are still getting paid during the Off period.

-registration in Germany


The main job consists of carrying out all kinds of inspections regarding Davits, rescue boats, lifeboats, fire extinguishers, EEBD, SCBA Set, CO2 Systems, etc.



Normal working hours are usually from 8.00-17.00, but we require flexibility from technicians. Sometimes longer days are necessary to finish the job. Overtime will be paid or converted to free time.




In order to grow further we are urgently looking for former seafarers who would like to change to a land base job. It is not required to have experience with those equipment as we have an internal training school. Especially for ranks like oiler, motorman or even cadet who have basic mechanical understanding.


Driving License B is a must.
