2. Chief Engr - with oil tanker endorsement, he must have minimum 12 months experience on board on the same capacity in Oil Tanker vessel, age should be not more than 50 years old. COC class 1

3. Chief officer with ECDIS and Oil tanker endorsement. Not more than 45 years old and must have minimum 12 months experience on board on Oil tanker vessel. Class 2 COC
