My name is Oleg Akimov, from Kaliningrad, Russia . I am looking for a job as a Chief cook/Chef/Cook in offshore maritime industry, construction vessels,ro-ro,passenger, or others; tankers,cargo, specialized floating hotels and etc.
I am fluent in English and have 15 years of culinary experience and 9 years out of it in maritime industry mostly with English-spoken mixed crews as Chief cook or Chef.
Also I have worked in different restaurants and hotels in Canada for 9 years and in Russia. Good knowledge of world-well-known cousins such as Italian, French, North American, most European and Asian as well.
I have got recommendation letters from senior superiors of recognizable companies.
